Deep breathing helps in relieving stress and recing BP.If you are stressed out sit calmly in a place and indulge in deep breathing. You can close one side of the nose,inhale deeply, then close another side and exhale.
Do not hold the breath anytime, only inhale and exhale deeply alternately through different nostrils.
While doping this concentrate on your breathing.
If you are able to do this for an an hour, then you will find yourself totally relaxed.
