Breathing exercises help in reducing stress.One should not hold breath.Simply inhale ordinarily from right sight blocking left side.Then exhale the same from left side.
Then inhale the same from left side and exhale from right side.
Repeat the exercises atleast 100 times in the morning and 100 times in the evening.
